The Danny Did Foundation supports kids with Epilepsy. Sadly, there is a risk associated with epilepsy called Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).SUDEP took the life of Danny Stanton when he was 4 years old. This foundation, founded by his parents, engages providers and researchers in the field of neurology; collaborates with medical technology companies; consults with epilepsy organizations, and interacts with all those affected by Danny’s story. Please join me in supporting this foundation and their noble cause.
I will still be running 26.2 miles on October 11, just along the beaches and through the mountains of Santa Barbara instead. I have also committed to running the Chicago marathon next year (hopefully). I believe in the mission of the Danny Did Foundation and will continue fundraising for them.
