Dear family and friends,
I hope everyone is safe and healthy during these unprecedented and challenging times.
I have been in training for the Chicago Marathon which was to take place on October 11th and although it has been canceled, I still plan on running the 26.2 miles.
I also still plan on running in memory of Danny Stanton who, at the age of 4, died in 2010 of a seizure. Danny’s parents, Mike and Mariann Stanton, started the Danny Did foundation to raise much needed funds to help prevent seizure-related deaths through research and enhancement of prediction and communication devices connecting medical professionals and families in need.
It’s my true honor to run my very first marathon in honor of such a great cause. It would mean so much to me and the Stanton family if you would be willing to sponsor me and donate any amount. Every dollar can make a difference. Thank you all so much for your continued support of causes that mean so much to me,
