The Danny Did Foundation provided a travel grant to my family two years ago, so that my daughter could travel to Disneyland and attend Epilepsy Awareness Day. It was an unforgettable trip and I am very grateful to Danny Did, its staff, volunteers and donors. Danny Stanton's family has created an amazing legacy out of a truly devastating loss. The Foundation's mission is to advance public awareness of epilepsy and the risk of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP), to protect people with epilepsy, and to prevent deaths caused by seizures.
I am honored to raise funds for Danny Did. I believe in its mission and I know firsthand how inspiring and incredibly strong children battling epilepsy are.
